Spacious family rooms and clean facilities. Limited parking and one slow elevator make things tricky. Close to the beach, which is a huge plus.

Being just a few minutes away from the beach, the boardwalk, and several fantastic restaurants made my stay truly enjoyable as I could explore the Neptune Statue and Neptune's Park in less than 10 minutes on foot while the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art is only 1.5 km away for some cultural enrichment; the hotel itself is cozy with comfortable beds and a decent free breakfast offering, but I think they could improve their cleanliness in common areas for an even better experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived! Our spacious room was perfect for a family of four, and the comfy beds ensured we got great sleep. Breakfast was a delicious highlight with ample options to fuel our day of fun!

Costa Azul Suites offers a fantastic location just minutes from the beach and boardwalk. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring everything from waffles to bacon, which was a hit with our family. Comfortable beds and a spacious room were highlights, though the small bathroom felt cramped. I loved having a mini fridge and coffee maker. Housekeeping was impressive—quick to replace the moldy shower curtain and always friendly. The pool area was nice for lunch. noise from thin walls and outside cars disrupted sleep. Breakfast options were limited, and maid service was nonexistent. While I appreciated the quick check-in, some flexibility with check-out would have been nice considering our circumstances. a pleasant stay with room for improvement.

Wonderful location, wonderful experience with a warm and welcoming front desk staff who not only provided excellent service but also made navigating the nearby beach and local shops incredibly easy.

The staff are friendly and welcoming like a cup of hot cocoa. The location is fantastic, just a quick stroll to the beach, plus the mini fridge and microwave worked like champs in our spacious room.
No breakfast on-site, which was a bit of a bummer.

I had such a frustrating experience with the staff's attitude. The front desk clerk was dismissive when I asked for a replacement shower curtain, and I ended up getting help from housekeeping instead. The overall vibe was just really unpleasant.

The room size was spacious enough for six people, comfortably accommodating two to a bed. Clean and nice decor enhanced the comfort. The couch was surprisingly comfortable for a nap. A mini fridge and microwave worked flawlessly. I appreciated the two mirrors, especially the full-body one. the humidity and noise from a gap near the window detracted from the coziness. Cleaning services were irregular; I had to ask for fresh towels. Temperature control in the room worked well despite the outside heat, making it a decent retreat after a long day.

Loved how spacious and clean our room was, plus the beds were super comfy! Super close to the beach makes it easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast had all the good stuff like eggs and bacon. Just wish the breakfast area wasn’t so cramped, and the parking situation could be better.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Housekeeping was thorough and kind, promptly replacing a moldy shower curtain. The hotel has a great location and easy beach access, plus a nice coffee shop nearby. Check-in at 4 p.m. was frustrating, especially after a long drive. Staff interaction was hit or miss; the afternoon clerk was unhelpful, while the overnight staff was friendly and professional. Noise from nearby guests was disruptive, with lingering unpleasant odors. The breakfast offering fell short. Communication and responsiveness could improve significantly. Would consider returning if these issues are addressed.

Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds. Great location just one block from the beach. Outdoor pool and good breakfast with eggs and bacon. Room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch. Microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. Friendly staff, early check-in, and close proximity to beach, restaurants, and gift shops

We chose this hotel for its convenient location near the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, which we wanted to explore. The daily hot breakfast provided by Red Collection was a pleasant surprise and a great way to start our days.

i had a wonderful stay at Red Collection. the front desk gal was so sweet and made sure our rooms were ready in just 30 minutes, giving us extra time at the beach. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft beds and perfect water pressure in the shower. the breakfast offered a delicious variety of both hot and cold food, and the staff members were all very friendly and welcoming. the facility felt safe and we were made to feel at home. my family and i will definitely be staying again!
